There are two ways to reach us:
The faster way
For support, we use Intercom where we can see all your data and your site status. If you use Intercom to reach us, you’ll receive help fast. (0-5 hours)
So how do you send us a message via Intercom?
It’s really easy, all you have to do is go to your Recart Dashboard, and look for the Intercom chat icon in the bottom-right corner.
After you click on the icon, our support chat window will appear and you'll be able to chat with us in real time.
NOTE : If you don't have a Recart account yet, you can still use the support chat from our website: Recart.com
If you contact us from the Dashboard, we'll see all your data through Intercom, so troubleshooting will be much faster than via email. Another benefit is the tight integration between Intercom and your Dashboard, which allows us to help you out more quickly.
Messaging us via Intercom chat is very easy and fast.
The slower way
If you prefer to contact us via email, or if you don't have a Recart account yet, you can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that answering emails might take up to 24 hours, so we recommend using the built-in support chat on your Recart dashboard.
