How does it work?

When a customer replies to a Recart bot message with a quick reply button in Messenger, it won't open a ticket in Gorgias. However, once the customer manually types a message, it will open a ticket in your Gorgias dashboard under Tickets.

A great bonus is that these visitors will appear on your Recart Subscribers list as well.

☝️ Important note: Customers who reach out via Gorgias from your store will not become Facebook subscribers.
