What to Review:
- Business Details
Your business name, contact email, and time zone should all be up-to-date. The time zone also directly affects when your messages are sent - especially important for scheduled BFCM campaigns. Set these up in Account Settings - Privacy Policy & SMS Terms
Make sure these links are live, accurate, and reflect your latest policies. This ensures you’re covered from a compliance standpoint and gives customers the transparency they expect. Set these up in Account Settings
- Branded Recart Shortink
Choose the best short link for your brand - it’s what customers see when they click your SMS links. Set this up in SMS Settings. - Call Forwarding Number
Is the number listed still active and receiving calls? Update it or forward to another number directly in your Recart settings. Set this up in SMS Settings. -
Contact Card
Double-check your sender name, logo, and support email. You can also add your contact card to your Welcome Flow to boost recognition. Set this up in SMS Settings.
