The holidays are coming - and so is the traffic. Before things get hectic, now’s the time to do a quick cleanup. These behind-the-scenes settings might seem small, but they play a huge role in making sure your BFCM campaigns run smoothly, hit the right people at the right time, and stay fully compliant. Think of this as your prep-before-the-push moment.

What to Review:

  • Business Details
    Your business name, contact email, and time zone should all be up-to-date. The time zone also directly affects when your messages are sent - especially important for scheduled BFCM campaigns. Set these up in Account Settings

  • Privacy Policy & SMS Terms
    Make sure these links are live, accurate, and reflect your latest policies. This ensures you’re covered from a compliance standpoint and gives customers the transparency they expect. Set these up in Account Settings

  • Branded Recart Shortink
    Choose the best short link for your brand - it’s what customers see when they click your SMS links. Set this up in SMS Settings.

  • Call Forwarding Number
    Is the number listed still active and receiving calls? Update it or forward to another number directly in your Recart settings. Set this up in SMS Settings.

  • Contact Card

    Double-check your sender name, logo, and support email. You can also add your contact card to your Welcome Flow to boost recognition. Set this up in SMS Settings.
