Call Forwarding Now Available in Recart

To meet U.S. Mini-TCPA regulations and TCPA guidelines, all SMS marketing numbers must be callable. With this update, Recart now supports built-in call forwarding for all SMS accounts β€” including shortcodes.

 

What’s included in this update:

  • Automatic call forwarding from Toll-Free Numbers (TFNs) to your company phone number

  • Shortcode routing via TFNs for voice compliance in all supported countries

  • New Call Forwarding settings available in-app under SMS Settings

  • Required call forwarding field β€” you can use your company phone or set a custom number

  • Updated HELP keyword behavior to include the new contact number

  • New Contact Number Variable auto-added to Help Flows sent from shortcodes

 

By default, Recart will use the Company Phone Number listed in your General Settings β€” but you can change this at any time to suit your setup. If you’re using a shortcode, Recart automatically routes calls through a TFN to keep you compliant.
