As of Monday, October 20, 2025, multiple widespread outages have affected services across the internet — including AWS (Amazon Web Services).
Due to this, we are experiencing a partial outage, including:
- Delays in campaign and automation message delivery, this may impact the opt-in welcome flow
- Errors or timeouts when accessing Recart features
What Happened:
AWS confirmed increased error rates and latency across services in the us-east-1 region, particularly affecting EC2, DynamoDB, and DNS resolution.
Current Status:
- AWS has identified and mitigated the root cause related to DNS resolution issues.
- The impact of AWS outage includes all downstream providers, include mobile aggregators.
- Services are slowly recovering, but some delays or errors may persist while backlogs are cleared.
- Three campaigns were not sent during the outage window, and some automated messages remain stuck in the system.

We’re actively monitoring the situation and will continue retrying affected requests as infrastructure stabilizes.
