Updating Your Billing Details in Recart

Use this guide to update your payment method in Recart so you can keep your account active and avoid billing interruptions.

Payment Method Options

Recart supports two payment methods via a secure Stripe portal:

  • Card — accepts credit cards and debit cards. Note that a processing fee applies to credit cards. Debit cards do not incur this fee.
  • Bank — uses ACH (bank transfer). No credit card processing fee applies.

How to Update Your Billing Details

  1. Log into your Recart account.
  2. Navigate to the Billing page:
    • Click your name in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard.
    • Select Billing from the dropdown menu.
    • Or go directly to app.recart.com/billing.
  3. Scroll to the Payment Method section and click Update Credit Card. You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe session.
  4. On the Stripe screen, scroll down to Add payment method and click it.
  5. Select your preferred payment method:
    • Choose Card to pay by debit card or credit card. (Note: a processing fee applies to credit cards.)
    • Choose Bank to pay by ACH bank transfer.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup. If you selected Bank, your bank may prompt additional authentication steps.
