Updating Your Billing Details in Recart
Use this guide to update your payment method or billing address in Recart.

How to Update Your Payment Method
Recart supports two payment methods via a secure Stripe session:

Card — accepts credit cards and debit cards. Please note that a processing fee applies to credit cards. Debit cards do not incur this fee.

Bank — uses ACH (bank transfer). No credit card processing fee applies.
Steps to Update Payment Method
- Log into your Recart account.
- Navigate to the Billing page:
- Click your name in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard.
- Select Billing from the dropdown menu.

Scroll to the Billing details section and click Update billing details. You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe session.

- On the Stripe screen, scroll down to Add payment method and click it.
- Select your preferred payment method:
- Choose Card to pay by debit card or credit card. (Note: a processing fee applies to credit cards.)

- Choose Bank to pay by ACH bank transfer.

- Choose Card to pay by debit card or credit card. (Note: a processing fee applies to credit cards.)
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup. If you selected Bank, your bank may prompt additional authentication steps.
Want to go back to a payment method you used previously? You can repeat the steps above to reselect it, or email support@recart.com and we'll switch your default back for you.
How to Update Your Billing Address
- Log into your Recart account.
- Navigate to the Billing page:
- Click your name in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard.
- Select Billing from the dropdown menu.

Scroll to the Billing details section and click Update billing details. You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe session.

- On the Stripe screen, scroll down to view your billing address. To update your address, click Update information.
- Fill out the information on screen.

- Click Save.
Once updated, your new payment method and/or billing address will be used for all future billing cycles and invoices. If you run into any issues, contact our support team. We'd be happy to help!
