About the Yotpo Loyalty & Rewards Program

Yotpo Loyalty allows merchants to build customized rewards and referral programs designed to maximize engagement and increase lifetime value. This tiered program allows customers to earn more perks the more they engage with a store. 

Customers receive reward points for each purchase, which can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.

How to set up the integration

Contact your Recart CSM or email support@recart.com to request that this integration be turned on for you. 

 

In Yotpo

1. Log in to your Yotpo account
2. Locate your App key and the App secret from the admin dashboard following these instructions
   
   

In Recart

1. Log in to your Recart account
2. Go to the Integrations page in Recart
3. Find the Yotpo Loyalty & Rewards card and open it
   
   
4. Paste the App key and App secret click Save
   
5. Once the connection is verified, you'll see a success message and the integration will switch to Active
