Important: Reinstalling Recart won't remove any of your data, settings or template changes. You'll pick up where you left off after the reinstall.

  1. Please open a new incognito window. Don't leave incognito window through the whole process. If you aren't familiar with incognito windows, read this guide
  2. Delete the Recart app. Go to your Shopify Admin - Apps, find Recart and delete it. 
  3. Navigate to https://apps.shopify.com/recart.
  4. Click on 'Get'.
  5. Follow the Shopify's instructions and approve the charge if asked
  6. You're done! You should see your Recart Dashboard.
