# LoyaltyLion <> Recart Integration

By connecting LoyaltyLion with Recart, you can trigger automated SMS messages when customers earn points, redeem rewards, or reach new loyalty tiers.

### How to Set Up the LoyaltyLion Integration

### In LoyaltyLion

1. Login to your Loyalty Lion account
2. Navigate to **Settings → API Credentials**.
3. Copy your **Token** and **Secret Key**

### In Recart

1. Log in to your [Recart account](https://app.recart.com/)
2. Go to the [Integrations page](https://app.recart.com/integrations) in Recart
3. Find the **LoyaltyLion** card and open it

4. Paste the **Token** and **Secret Key** and click **Connect**

5. Once the connection is verified, you'll see a success message and the integration will switch to **Active**

#### Available Automated Flows

Once connected, Recart can trigger SMS messages based on the following LoyaltyLion events:

✅ **Points Earned** – Notify customers when they accumulate points.

✅ **Reward Redeemed** – Send a message confirming reward redemption.

✅ **Tier Upgrade** – Inform customers when they reach a new loyalty tier.

✅ **Loyalty Reminder** – Encourage customers to redeem unused points.
