By connecting LoyaltyLion with Recart, you can trigger automated SMS messages when customers earn points, redeem rewards, or reach new loyalty tiers.
How to Set Up the LoyaltyLion Integration
1. Enable the Integration
- Navigate to Integrations in your Recart dashboard
- Find LoyaltyLion and click Activate.
- If the integration is not visible, contact support to enable it.
2. Obtain Your Credentials from LoyaltyLion
- In your LoyaltyLion dashboard, navigate to Settings → API Credentials.
- Copy your Token and Secret Key.
3. Connect LoyaltyLion to Recart
- Once activated, navigate to Integrations in your Recart dashboard.
- Find LoyaltyLion and click Settings.
- Paste the Token and Secret Key into Recart’s LoyaltyLion integration settings.
- Click Save & Activate.
Available Automated Flows
Once connected, Recart can trigger SMS messages based on the following LoyaltyLion events:
✅ Points Earned – Notify customers when they accumulate points.
✅ Reward Redeemed – Send a message confirming reward redemption.
✅ Tier Upgrade – Inform customers when they reach a new loyalty tier.
✅ Loyalty Reminder – Encourage customers to redeem unused points.
