Tip: Add the conditional split: Subscriber tag is not Active Subscriber before the message to exclude those who subscribed since they entered the segment.

Upsell or Cross-sell products that are frequently purchased together

Analyze which products are typically sold together and leverage your customers’ purchase history to target them with specific product recommendations.

Note: Make sure you set up the time filter in the segment conditions and the delay in your messages consistently. In the above example, subscribers will enter the segment 1 day after their purchase, and the Custom Trigger will be sent 3 days later. Learn more about the Conditional Split here.

Reward VIP customers

Make your loyal customers feel special! Reward subscribers who either purchased multiple times or spent a certain amount with VIP offers and keep them engaged.

The number of orders is greater than 3 in the last 30 days, or the all order value is greater than $1000 in the last 30 days.
